Yea Sportsmen!  For the 4th consecutive year, Sportsmen take the perpetual trophy home to the Sausalito 

 
Schatzie's White Wine Caper Sauce
(Friday night's wonderful dinner)

3T butter
3T flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
Few dashes hot sauce
1C milk
1C dry white wine
2 hard boiled eggs
2T capers
Mushrooms - slice & cook in butter and lots of garlic until tender, set aside

Melt butter, add remaining ingredients & cook low till thick. Add eggs, mushrooms and capers at the last minute. Serve over chicken or ?
