Pat Sebers, Bob Gaines and Bill Jones are your "Que" Masters for this event. Pat will be smoking beef brisket, Bob will be smoking ribs and chicken, and Bill will be roasting the Pigs. This is an all day event for them, starting early in the morning, so stop by the BBQ pit during the day and have a cold beer or glass of wine with them and say hello.
